Bol is a well known summer resort situated in the middle of the southern coast of island Brac and it is the only town on that side of the island. There is a mountainous wreath rising above it, called "Bolska kruna" (Bol's crown) as well as the highest peak of all Adriatic islands - Vidova gora (778m).
